I paid but cannot see my report.
Open the report page in the browser where you paid. Use “Check payment / open report” for a saved purchase. If payment is still pending, wait for confirmation before starting another checkout.

Import the private JSON backup saved from the original report page. A PDF is a copy to read; it does not contain everything needed to restore access online. Without a backup, contact support with the payment receipt.
My result does not fit.
That is useful feedback. Review your individual answers and the scoring explanation. You do not need to accept a type label. If a question is unclear, send its wording and explain the ambiguity.
